51本色 is pleased to announce that Mr. Ted Zahrt has been named the One Berrien Award recipient for January. This award recognizes staff members who consistently go above and beyond to support our students, schools, and community.
Mr. Zahrt, a 7th Grade Social Studies teacher at Berrien Springs Middle School, engages students with lessons that spark a love for learning. His calm demeanor, combined with his passion for history, creates a welcoming and supportive classroom where students feel valued.

His ability to make lessons engaging and meaningful is incredible. He builds strong relationships with his students, ensuring they feel supported both academically and personally.
